- Identifies promotional or affiliate content where applicable;
- Includes our physical mailing address (see Section 9 below);
- Provides a clear and conspicuous way to unsubscribe at any time.
You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send, and we will honor your request promptly. Please note that opting out of marketing emails does not delete data already processed for prior communications.
04Cookies and Tracking Technologies
Our Site may use cookies and similar tracking technologies to understand how visitors use the Site and to improve your experience. This may include analytics tools, tools used by our newsletter and hosting providers, and advertising tags such as the Meta (Facebook) Pixel and Google Ads / Google Analytics tags, which we may use now or in the future to measure ad performance and show relevant ads to past visitors. Most browsers let you control or disable cookies through their settings; note that doing so may affect how the Site functions. We do not currently respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals.

06Advertising, Analytics & the Beehiiv Ad Network
We may run paid advertising campaigns through platforms such as Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Google Ads to promote the Site or our newsletter. These platforms may use cookies or pixels placed on the Site to measure ad performance and show you relevant ads based on your prior visits (commonly known as retargeting). Facebook and Google may combine this data with information collected elsewhere in accordance with their own privacy policies, which we encourage you to review.
We may also participate in Beehiiv's Ad Network and related subscriber-growth features. Through this network, our newsletter may display sponsored content or ads from other publishers, and our newsletter may be cross-promoted, recommended, or "swapped" with other newsletters on the Beehiiv platform to help us and other publishers grow our respective audiences. In connection with these features, engagement-level data (such as open or click activity) may be shared with Beehiiv or its network partners; we do not sell your full contact details to other publishers without your separate, explicit opt-in. Beehiiv's own privacy policy governs its Ad Network and cross-promotion features in addition to this Privacy Policy. You can opt out of any newsletter at any time using the unsubscribe link in that email.

Our Site and newsletter may include affiliate links to third-party products and services, including DealMachine and Kiavi.
